Machine Operator Requirements:
High school diploma or GED — trade training helps too Experience running machines or working on the floor Mechanical skills and quick fixes in your toolkit Quality-focused with an eye for detail Strong enough for lifting and long shifts Safety-conscious and solid with the team

• Perform production line changeovers and equipment setups according to production schedules
• Clean, inspect, and install change parts and tooling
• Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment
• Adjust machines to maintain efficiency, quality, and production output
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections
• Assist with equipment repairs and troubleshooting mechanical issues
• Support production startup and ensure smooth machine operation
• Load materials, build boxes, hand-pack products, and move materials as needed
• Conduct product quality inspections and document production data
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, cGMP requirements, food safety, and quality standards
• Complete sanitation, housekeeping, and 5S activities throughout the facility
• Properly use and maintain required PPE

Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling Lift up to 50 pounds Work around manufacturing machinery and equipment Wear required PPE throughout the shift Perform repetitive production and material handling tasks
