Core Duties- Execute press brake operations for both prototype development and full-scale production runs.
- Perform independent machine setups to ensure operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate high-level proficiency with modern Amada machinery, specifically the HD and HG ATC series.
Please note that all candidates will undergo a practical skills assessment.
Technical Requirements- Possess three to five years of hands-on experience in both setting up and operating press brake equipment.
- Demonstrate the ability to interpret complex blueprints accurately.
- Showcase strong technical aptitude to support overall production goals.
- Experience with Amada ATC programming is considered a significant advantage.
- Understanding of various metals including steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and copper.
- Familiarity with industry-standard trade tools, measuring instruments like calipers and tape measures, and fabrication techniques.
- Knowledge of essential safety protocols, specifically lock-out/tag-out procedures.
