Production Line Lead
We’re hiring! We are looking for a Production Line Lead to oversee day‑to‑day production line operations in a cold environment. This role supports line performance, quality, safety, and attendance while working closely with supervisors and team members. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), dependable, and comfortable leading a fast‑paced team.

Castroville, CA Environment:
Cold / refrigerated work areas (must be comfortable working in cold temperatures)
- Lead the production line team in a cold/refrigerated environment to hit daily production goals
- Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and keep the line running efficiently
- Train and coach employees on standard work, safety, quality, and attendance expectations
- Troubleshoot minor issues (product flow, staffing gaps, basic equipment/line problems) and escalate as needed
- Coordinate line start‑up, changeovers, and breaks to minimize downtime
- Perform quality checks and ensure product meets standards (as applicable)
- Complete basic production reports/paperwork or system updates
- Communicate priorities, updates, and concerns to supervisors and the team (English/Spanish)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (able to lead and give instructions in both)
- Previous experience as a line lead, team lead, or supervisor in production/manufacturing/warehouse preferred
- Comfortable working in a cold environment for the full shift
- Strong attendance, reliability, and ability to lead by example
- Able to stand/walk for long periods; able to lift up to 20-50 lbs (if applicable)
- Basic computer or paperwork skills for production tracking
- Safety‑minded and detail‑oriented with a quality focus
