Location & HybridThe Manager of Shopper Marketing will work in a hybrid environment: 3 days per week in the Westlake Village, CA office and remaining days remotely.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies for key retail partners, aligning with cross‑functional teams and business goals.
- Manage the shopper marketing program calendar and ensure alignment with the broader marketing communications calendar.
- Design and implement best‑in‑class shopper activation strategies that create engaging in‑store experiences and drive conversion.
- Collaborate with retailer marketing teams to understand business objectives and tailor shopper marketing plans.
- Assist in managing agency and vendor relationships, including Statements of Work and delivery timelines.
- Conduct campaign analysis, ROI calculations, and test & learn initiatives to optimize shopper marketing effectiveness.
- Manage the shopper marketing budget, track spend, reconcile, and provide variance explanations to Finance.
- Maintain a centralized database of campaign results and key insights to guide strategic decision‑making.
- 5+ years of experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or related roles within the CPG industry.
- Proven ability to support the development and execution of shopper marketing plans that align with business goals and drive sales.
- Experience working with external agencies and vendors, managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strong understanding of in‑store shopper behavior and retail dynamics.
- Passion for delivering best‑in‑class shopper marketing programs and continuously seeking innovative approaches.
- Expertise in mining and leveraging category, consumer, and shopper insights to influence shopper behavior.
- Solid project management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and analytical proficiency (ROI pre/post‑campaign).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Physical Requirements- Ability to sit, use the computer, answer phones, and use office equipment for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 15 pounds and reach overhead.
Occasional travel may be required.

Hiring Pay ScaleHourly rate: $115,000 to $135,000.
