The Customer Service Representative (CSR) accepts and accurately processes transactions, provides excellent customer service, identifies sales opportunities, and performs account transactions.

• Model the bank’s Mission, Vision, and Pledge.
• Accurately process all financial service transactions.
• Maintain and balance the CSR cash drawer.
• Comply with security and audit procedures.
• Keep employee and customer information confidential.
• Answer incoming calls and perform additional duties to support the banking center.
• Meet established referral goals.
• Determine appropriate business line for sales and complex service issues; follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Make outbound calls to support sales and service needs.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the bank’s products and services.

• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures and applicable regulations.
• Completion of compliance training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook 365 and general computer skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos and simple correspondence.
• Strong product knowledge for selling and promotion.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Sound mathematical and analytical skills (preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to multi‑task and be flexible.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Full availability for all operating hours.

The wage range is $17.00–$20.50 per hour, eligible for overtime and referral incentives. The position includes 17 days PTO, 5 days short‑term disability, 11 paid holidays and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, etc.). High school diploma or GED required.
