Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Insider Position

Department: Store Operations
Job Title: CSR – Insider
FLSA Classification: Non‑Exempt
Reports To: General Manager (secondary report to Regional Operations Manager)

Our in‑store team members know their stuff and enjoy a fun, competitive environment. The CSR role focuses on front‑line customer care while supporting pizza making and store operations.

• Take orders over the phone and in person.
• Greet customers within 10 seconds.
• Build relationships with customers.
• Upsell menu items.
• Handle cash and give correct change.
• Keep the customer area clean.
• Assist pizza makers with toppings and dough.
• Co‑operate with store operations to maintain quality and safety standards.

• Age 16 or older.
• Exceptional and positive attitude.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and ability to make correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing.
• Motor coordination and ability to rapidly and accurately make precise movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
