Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor (role‑dependent)

• Provide virtual and/or onsite primary care services
• Conduct patient evaluations via scheduled visits
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care
• Participate in credentialing and compliance requirements

• Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine preferred
• Active California medical license (required)
• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family or Internal Medicine preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Telemedicine experience preferred
