Spectrum Center Schools and Programs, a Chance Light division, is seeking a Behavior Specialist to join our Special Education team. You will implement school-wide positive behavior supports, guiding classrooms and supporting students with learning and behavioral challenges.
If you bring compassion, creativity, resilience, and experience with ABA, FBA, and PBIS, you will help de-escalate crises, design effective interventions, and collaborate with teachers to promote safe, engaging learning
