We are currently hiring a Clinical Operations Manager to conduct daily oversight of the administrative and clinical operations of a very fast‑paced outpatient center in Tarzana. You will use your clinical competencies to meet the needs of physicians, patients and staff, while supporting the mission and vision of Cedars-Sinai Health System and Cedars-Sinai Medical Care Foundation.

Summary of Essential Duties
  • Set goals and strategies for improving the operations and processes.
  • Lead all activities for continuous improvement and performance enhancement through involvement in office workflow.
  • Direct, supervise and coordinate all aspects of patient care delivery, focusing on service, patient, employee and physician satisfaction and planning to ensure a high standard of quality health care service.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and steady progress toward established goals.
  • Effectively manage staff throughout areas of oversight, including the development of effective short‑ and long‑term staffing plans, interviewing and hiring, cross‑training of staff where appropriate and effective oversight and management of productivity.
  • Participate in the evaluation and review of all human resources and communicate issues appropriately, partnering with appropriate departments in the necessary execution of these duties.
  • Assume responsibility as practice liaison for the resolution of system‑related issues, identification of opportunities for improvement and implementation of key systems and workflow improvements.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
  • License/

    Certifications:

    Basic Life Support (BLS) AHA Healthcare Provider Certified preferred;
    Ambulatory Care Nursing AAACN Certification preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of medical office management or supervisory experience required.
