Position: Cybersecurity Analyst with Security Clearance
Cybersecurity Analyst Overview: TSA is currently seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support our government customer at Patuxent River, NAS. The selected candidate will perform System Administration and Risk Management Framework duties. JHNA is a Digital Engineering firm focused on providing engineering and technical services primarily to DoD's Aviation communities. JHNA is a critical partner to these communities providing MBSE, MOSA, and platform security (cyber and anti-tamper) support.

Work Location:

This is a hybrid role. SIPR access 1-2 days a week is required on base. Roles/Responsibilities:
* Create new master operating system images for various systems
* Perform/maintain configuration management on these new images
* Create instruction manuals for installing the new images
* Use ACAS for quarterly and ad-hoc vulnerability scanning
* Maintain inventory spreadsheets: i.e., document, track, and monitor serial numbers, locations, image status, Bitlocker recovery keys, important notes for systems
* Use Evaluate-STIG and STIG Viewer tools to maintain secure baselines, ensuring operating system images maintain compliance
* Responsible for delivering systems to customer on PAX River, NAS as needed
* Create and maintain applications found in the Defense Application Database Management Service (DADMS)
* Assist in maintaining Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages using Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)
* Participate in assigned meetings and trainings Qualifications

Required:

* Secret Clearance
* High School Diploma and 5 or more years of experience in the field or a related area OR Associate's Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the field or a related area
* A Journeyman-level individual is expected to perform all functional duties independently
* Security+ CE or equivalent DoD approved 4130 baseline certification
* Working knowledge of Power Shell
* Helpdesk experience and basic troubleshooting skills
* Willingness to progress to more advanced problem solving
* Proficiency with Windows 10, Windows 11, and Linux
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Experience with creating/maintaining documentation
* ACAS experience
* eMASS experience
* DADMS experience
* Organizational skills TSA is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employees. The annual salary range for this position is $95,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
