Strategic Sourcing Manager

Role:
Strategic Sourcing Lead for Indirect Procurement (MRO) at Agilent, focusing on developing and executing global category strategies for maintenance, repair, and operations. Responsibilities: manage complex sourcing initiatives, negotiate supplier contracts, oversee supplier performance, mitigate risks, and deliver cost savings; lead cross-functional collaborations with operations, engineering, finance, and regional teams; support broader indirect spend categories and enterprise procurement projects. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related; 8+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement, with expertise in indirect categories including MRO, contract negotiations, and supplier management. High Value: experience in life sciences, medical devices, or regulated manufacturing environments; knowledge of MRO categories like industrial supplies, spare parts, and lab support; proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Ariba) and spend analytics;

certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or PMP are advantageous. Work Setup: full-time, day shift, occasional travel; hybrid or remote considered.
