As an LVN in Sub‑Acute Care, you will:

• Work under direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Provide professional nursing services in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the care team, take vital signs, and contribute to resident care plans.
• Delegate tasks to facility staff and maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and families.
• Treat everyone with dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity.

• Active and unencumbered California LVN License
• Graduated from an approved and certified LVN program
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines in long‑term care

• Previous nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Experience in a skilled nursing environment
• Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC)
