Base Pay: $29.96 – $46.44 hourly, $3,000 sign‑on bonus. Overtime Status: NONEXEMPT. Primary

The Senior LVN supports the department lead LVN and department leadership by delivering direct patient care, coordinating patient care workflows, and supervising staffing to meet operational needs. Collaboration occurs with clinical staff, physicians, and the wider medical team to ensure safe, efficient, patient‑centered care.

• Provides orientation and training for new clinical staff and ensures onboarding measures are met.
• Maintains a functional work environment by managing quality assurance/control logs, regulatory needs, supply levels, and housekeeping.
• Coordinates prescribed medications, injections, or IV medications following provider best practice.
• Provides basic patient care and treatments such as taking vitals, performing diagnostic tests, phlebotomy, and specimen collection as advised by the provider.
• Observes patients, documents, and reports changes in condition to the provider for guidance.
• Evaluates nursing intervention outcomes within the LVN scope of practice.
• Maintains patient care flow and serves as a patient advocate, utilizing appropriate resources.
• Answers patient and physician incoming messages with provider input.
• Reviews MA skills and performance using designated evaluation tools.
• Performs quality assurance and quality control measures to maintain compliance.
• Maintains current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
• Coordinates and assures accurate clinical team coverage to support providers and ensure safe patient care.

• Completion of an accredited Vocational Nurse program.

• Valid California LVN license required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association and/or the American Red Cross required.
• IV/BW (intravenous/blood withdrawal) certification required.
