Our next Wellness Associate will provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to our patients. Wellness Associates assist our patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through the process of product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.

We are currently looking for candidates who are available from Friday - Sunday; additional availability is a plus.

You will be challenged to work tactically to do to service our patients with care and efficiency.

One minute you will be educating a customer on the benefits of a Kind Tree product.

The next minute you will be receiving a new inventory shipment.

And the next minute logging sales data into our POS and tracking systems.

Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work within a diverse team in the organization.

This position will be on‑site at our Lodi, NJ Apothecarium dispensary. Our hours of operation are 8am - 9pm/10pm every day of the week
. This role will require availability during nights, weekends, and some holidays.
We are currently looking for candidates who are available from Friday - Sunday.

• Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission
• At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred
• Cannabis experience a plus
• Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work well within a team environment

• Able to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and/or walking for extended periods of time
• Able to handle cash or card transactions with patients using an electronic processing system
• Stand constantly
• Walk frequently
• Reach and twist/turn with hands and arms
• Climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus

$16 - $16 an hour
