Customer Service Associate

We’re looking for a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet and serve our customers, ensuring their needs are met quickly and courteously. You’ll be the friendly face of Wawa, responsible for assembling food items, operating the cash register, maintaining a clean store, and providing excellent service in a fast‑paced environment.

• Greet and engage with customers to meet their needs quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built‑to‑order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, and keep the coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and  for age‑restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well‑stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following all established policy, procedures, and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.

The hourly range for this position is $15.50 – $19.25 and is commensurate with experience and location. Associates receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m.
