As a Senior PAH Sales Specialist, you will promote your organization’s marketed products within a designated geographic area. You will actively engage with healthcare professionals, including pulmonologists, cardiologists, and specialty pharmacy staff, to educate and build long-term relationships. This position requires on-site presence and involves working closely with cross-functional teams to help meet sales goals and support new product launches.

• Build and nurture professional relationships with medical practitioners, nurses, and distributor staff to communicate product messaging effectively.
• Manage and grow key accounts by analyzing sales data and developing tailored business plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Deliver education on therapeutic products, emphasizing their benefits and application according to prescribed guidelines.
• Partner with internal teams to support product launches and provide market insights to refine sales strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product details and clinical data to confidently support healthcare professionals.

• Proven sales experience in pulmonary or cardiovascular therapeutic areas, ideally with a background in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage key accounts and connect with diverse healthcare professionals.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in selling therapies or working within healthcare, with a background in lung or cardiovascular disease preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in nursing, life sciences, or an equivalent qualification.
• Ability to work on-site, with a focus on territory development and team collaboration.

This role offers a base salary starting at $180,000, with potential to earn more based on experience and performance.
