Proof of Secretarial and/or clerical experience involving public contact is preferred.
All applicants are preferred to complete the San Juan Unified School District's Workplace Technology Assessment and attach the results to your application. The Workplace Technology Assessment includes 3 subtests:
- Microsoft Word (currently testing 2019 version)
- Microsoft Outlook (currently testing 2019 version)
- Proofreading
The Workplace Technology Assessment is intended to provide the interview panel with information about your clerical skills during the interview process. Workplace Technology Assessment will only be administered in the San Juan Unified Human Resources department.
