Position Duties:- Assisting with creation of documents with our internal software, data entry, scheduling, and various administrative aspects of the title and closing procedures
- Partner with title and escrow companies to ensure correct information
- Update and organize documents throughout the Escrow process
- Providing outstanding communication and extraordinary service to homeowners, lenders, and team members.
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience with escrow processing helpful, but not mandatory
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Ability to multi-task
- Well organized
