  Check for outstanding recalls, advise on manufacturer warranty coverage, and offer alternate transportation options.

• Proactive Planner: Review and coordinate appointments with the parts department, making sure everything is in place for a seamless service experience.
• Cash Handling Champion: Collect and process payments, following dealership guidelines with precision.

  Follow up with guests, request feedback, and discuss surveys within 24 hours. Your attention to detail ensures continuous improvement.
