Role Overview :

A Customer Service Representative III works in all aspects of customer service including product selection, order processing, and inventory management. This role may also involve helping in the warehouse—from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries, operating a forklift, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and supporting general branch needs.

A Sample of What You’ll Do in this Role:

Handle electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and AgVend software

Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner

Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment

Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs

Conduct daily/monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory

Support the Sales Team with accurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns

Prepare reports with minimal supervision

Act as informal team lead Ensure administrative tasks are completed

What You Bring to the Role:4+ years of experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (JDE training will be provided if needed)
The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios

Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely

High School Diploma or equivalent

Your Digital & Technology Capabilities:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn and effectively utilize business systems such as JD Edwards ERPComfort using digital collaboration and communication tools, including Microsoft Teams, to support customer service and cross-functional teamwork

Ability to leverage data, reporting tools, and AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making

Compensation and Benefits:

The base compensation for this position ranges from $22.98 to $30.68 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
