ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineer, WMS to join our technology team. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for the design, development, configuration, and support of the Manhattan Active WMS platform to optimize warehouse and distribution center operations.
Salary Range: $100k - $135k
** Key Responsibilities
*** Design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions within the Manhattan Active WMS platform
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, software architects, analysts, and warehouse operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Develop and maintain custom integrations between Manhattan Active WMS and other enterprise systems (OMS, ERP, BOOMI, MHE, FTP, etc.)
* Assist in system configuration, testing, and deployment of WMS enhancements and new features
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, bugs, and system performance bottlenecks
* Create and maintain technical documentation including design specs, configuration guides, and integration documentation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and third-party vendors
* Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and end-user training efforts
* Ensure solutions align with best practices, scalability, and security standards
** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Associates WMS (Active WMS)
* Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and Agile software development methodology.
* Proficiency in MAWM Proactive, Velocity, Python, JSON, and API integrations
* Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution center operations (receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, inventory management)
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Familiarity with Jasper Reports, Mark Magic PI, and SCI Reporting Tool
* Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Dev Ops, and other collaboration tools
* Understanding of Google Cloud Platform, Pub/Sub, and related Google utilities
* Manhattan Associates certification(s) is a plus
* Experience in the retail, footwear, or apparel industry
