We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating equipment, following production procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and operating procedures.
- Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues as needed.
- Load and unload materials or products from machinery.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
- Communicate any quality, equipment, or production concerns to supervisors.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
