Food Production Operators

Penmac Staffing is hiring a Production Operator for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in California, Missouri. Multiple shifts are available, along with consistent weekday scheduling and overtime opportunities.

• Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours per shift
• Ability to lift 35+ pounds consistently
• Comfortable performing repetitive motions such as lifting, twisting, and using hands throughout the shift
• Previous food production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required

• Trim and slice food products using knives or scissors
• Package products into consumer-ready containers
• Load and unload vacuum packaging machines
• Follow all safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining production standards

• Day Shift: $18.00/hour | 7:00 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.
• Evening Shift: $19.00/hour | 2:30 p.m. – 10:45 p.m.
• Monday–Friday schedule with overtime as needed
• Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity
