Licensed Practical Nurse – Full-time / Part-time / PRN

We are hiring LPN's across Southwest Missouri (Springfield, Branson, and surrounding communities) supporting programs such as psychiatry, community support, substance use recovery, crisis services, residential services, and more.

• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physicians' orders.
• Monitor vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant health data.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Educate clients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and self‑care strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care.
• Promote a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Missouri.
• Prefer one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
