, is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team and provide exceptional end-of-life care and support to patients and their families in the comfort of their own homes.

We are currently hiring Hospice Registered Nurse Case Managers in the following areas:

• Beaver County (lower)
• Moon Township / McKees Rocks / South Hills
• Monroeville/Cheswick/Oakmont areas

As a Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager
, you will be an integral member of our interdisciplinary team, working closely with physicians, social workers, spiritual care, volunteers, patients, and families to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life throughout the hospice journey.

We have full-time
opportunities available. Schedules include one weekend per month and participation in an on-call rotation.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills
