Key Lead Responsibilities

The Key Lead ensures a consistent, quality in‑store experience by:

• Performing opening and closing routines
• Operating the register/point‑of‑sale system
• Fulfilling omni‑channel orders
• Demonstrating product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Building and maintaining visual displays
• Analyzing reports to inform decision making
• Protecting store assets and performing inventory control
• Representing the brand and exemplifying company culture and values

• Work 12–16 hours per week, varying weekly
• Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays
• During peak periods, hours may increase to meet business needs

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent
• 1 year of retail experience preferred
• Retail supervisory or management experience not required
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred
• Strong customer focus

• The starting rate for this position is $20.65 per hour
