We – wholesales/distributor of houseware/kitchenware based in Irwindale, CA 91706 seeking an experience marketing and online sales candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our online business and developing with the digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce, retention marketing, and performance analytics.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage strategies comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive revenue growth.
- Utilize sales techniques to stimulate customer interest, drive conversions, and increase repeat purchases.
- Create engaging content for websites, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.), email newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Analyze social media metrics and trends to improve strategies.
- Photoshop required and photo taking required for updating catalog and online listings
- Process, pack, and ship out online orders using Fed Ex/UPS/USPS
- Data entry and invoicing through Quick Books
Qualifications
- Fluent in BOTH English and Chinese (or Cantonese)
- Experience in sales, e-commerce, and marketing (ex. Amazon)
- Knowledge of shipping platforms such as Fedex, UPS and USPS
- Required to have hand-on experience related to social media, marketing, advertisements, and online sales.
- Strong understanding of sales management principles and territory sales strategies.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Creative and analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in fast paced, collaborative environment
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar applications is required
- A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift 20-30 lbs.
- Knowledge of Quickbook and website design (Wix)
- Health insurance
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
