As the HR Co-Op you will help with day to day record keeping and HR reporting.

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR records.
• Assist with data entry and preparation of HR reports and metrics.
• Coordinate meetings, and employee engagement activities.
• Respond to general employee inquiries and direct questions to appropriate HR team members.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

• Currently enrolled in a Human Resources program or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
