Executive Leadership: Yes – Member of the Executive Leadership Team

Equity Eligible: Yes – Eligible to participate in the Company’s Equity Incentive Plan, subject to Board approval and applicable vesting provisions.

Compensation: $220,000–$300,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience, plus equity participation through the Company’s Equity Incentive Plan (Option Pool).

MYDENTALWIG is developing a new category of healthcare technology called Ingestion Intelligence™.

Our mission is to create the world’s first platform capable of detecting human ingestion behavior in real time and translating it into predictive metabolic intelligence using artificial intelligence, sensor technologies, cloud computing, and advanced analytics.

By integrating biomedical sensing, machine learning, software engineering, and intelligent cloud infrastructure, we are building an AI-powered platform designed to help individuals better understand how eating behaviors influence health before chronic disease develops.

We are seeking an exceptional Founding Chief Technology Officer (Builder CTO) to help transform MYDENTALWIG’s technology vision into reality.

This is not a traditional executive management role.

We are looking for a highly technical technology leader who enjoys building products, writing production code, architecting scalable systems, and solving difficult engineering problems while laying the foundation for the Company’s long‑term technology organization.

Working directly with the Founder & CEO, you will serve as the Company’s principal technology architect, responsible for designing, building, and scaling the AI²™ platform from its earliest stages while establishing the engineering culture, technical standards, cybersecurity framework, cloud infrastructure, and software architecture that will support the Company’s long‑term growth.

As the Company grows, this role will naturally evolve from a hands‑on builder into the executive technology leader responsible for guiding MYDENTALWIG’s global technology organization.

• Translate the Founder & CEO’s technology vision into scalable engineering solutions.
