Filoli Center in Woodside, CA is seeking a Philanthropic Programs Coordinator to steward our donor community and run back‑of‑house operations for the Filoli Circle and Guild.
You’ll handle member onboarding, renewals, event logistics, CRM records, and donor recognition, reporting to the Annual Giving Manager. This full‑time role requires 2+ years in development or nonprofit work, strong communication, and comfort with evenings and weekends.
