*** Bachelor's degree in nursing.
* Master's degree preferred.
** Experience Qualifications
*** Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in ambulatory care settings.
* Experience with developing clinical competencies and skills validation.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven leadership abilities and project management experience.
* Proficiency with educational technologies and learning management systems.
* Healthcare education, staff development, or training roles experience preferred.

Generally starting at $71.77 - $95.10 per hour
