• 4 days per week between Monday through Friday
• 8 am - 4:30 pm shifts with 30 minute lunch
• 18 - 21 patients per day
• Basic wellness checks and same day sick visits required
• 1+ years FQHC provider experience required
• Hospital privileges required
• BLS certification required
