* Job Description:
- Seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to enhance our Operating Room / Perioperative team.
- Play a key role in providing exceptional patient-centered care throughout all phases of surgery:
- Pre-operative - Intraoperative - Post-operative
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle both circulating and scrub responsibilities.
- Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers.
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field.
- Support patient recovery.
- Ensure safe and efficient surgical care. Shift Information:
- Monday-Friday, 8 hour days - On Call Required - Minimum 2 weekends/month of call plus call during the week
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred) - Active California RN License - Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications - Strong knowledge of perioperative standards and sterile technique
Experience:
- 1+ year of operating room / surgical nursing experience - Experience in circulating and/or scrubbing roles - Background in acute care or outpatient surgery centers Why Catalytic Solutions (Cat Sol):
