RN, Surgical Assistant, Operating Room Nurse

This is a 13-week contract position.

Monday-Friday, 8 hour days with on-call requirements.

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Operating Room / Perioperative team. The RN will play a key role in providing patient-centered care throughout all phases of surgery: pre-operative, intraoperative, and post-operative. This position involves both circulating and scrub responsibilities, assisting surgeons and anesthesia providers, preparing and maintaining the sterile field, supporting patient recovery, and ensuring safe, efficient surgical care.

• Provide patient-centered care throughout all phases of surgery.
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers in both circulating and scrub roles.
• Maintain a sterile field and ensure compliance with perioperative standards.
• Support patient recovery post-surgery.
• Ensure safe and efficient surgical care.

• Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
• Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Strong knowledge of perioperative standards and sterile technique.
• 1+ year of operating room / surgical nursing experience.
• Experience in circulating and/or scrubbing roles.
• Background in acute care or outpatient surgery centers.
