TMS is seeking a Registered Nurse for Telemetry to provide specialized patient-centered care with continuous cardiac monitoring. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, monitor rhythms, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
Required ASN with RN license; BLS current; ACLS preferred or policy-based. Prior telemetry or acute care experience is preferred. On-site position in California with responsibilities across units as needed.
