Temporary Seasonal ER RN Fontana

The Temporary Seasonal ER RN provides professional nursing care in the Emergency Department, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care. This role is ideal for nurses who are flexible and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

• Pay: $75 - $79/hour
• Location: Fontana, CA
• Facility: Fontana Medical Center
• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
• Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
• Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and optimal pain control.
• Practice customer service standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Act as a resource, preceptor, and mentor to new employees and team members.
• Organize work to minimize the use of overtime.
• Participate in problem identification and resolution.

Education:

• Registered Nurse License (California)

Experience:

• Minimum one (1) year recent experience in Emergency Department

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
