The Staff Pad has partnered with a critical access hospital in Alturas, CA Registered Nurses for their Emergency Department.

This role is ideal for experienced ER nurses whothrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and are passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care. You’ll work alongside acollaborative team to support patients through urgent and emergent situations.

Full-time positions include comprehensive benefits,while per diem roles offer flexible scheduling.

Schedule:

Full-Time or Per Diem | All shifts |On-site

• Provide direct nursing care andclosely monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by providers
• Accurately document patient careand clinical outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
• Respond quickly to emergency situations and changing priorities
• Contribute to a positive,team-focused environment

• Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience (required)
• Must be flexible to work weekends,holidays, and varying shifts
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Adaptable, dependable, andteam-oriented
