Night LVN: Hospice Care, -hr Shifts

Sharp Health Care in California is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for an evening to overnight shift. You will provide individualized nursing care under an RN, perform assessments, implement the care plan, and educate patients and families.

Requirements include 1 year LVN experience, AHA BLS, CA LVN license, and a valid CA driver’s license. Weekend requirements: as needed; 12/36 hour shifts with on-call not required.
