KAISER in Fontana, California is seeking an LVN to provide nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or physician/advanced practice provider. You will observe and document patients’ responses to therapy, assist with examinations, and ensure high standards of care and patient safety.
Required CA LVN license, 12+ months direct patient care experience, and High School Diploma or GED. BLS is required; IV and blood withdrawal certifications preferred. May travel to CSI Clinic as needed.
