School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN Olivehurst, California

• Provide basic healthcare services for students and staff, including first aid, medication administration, and routine management of chronic conditions
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with school policies and regulatory requirements
• Participate in the development and implementation of students’ Individual Health Plans (IHPs) and communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and administrative staff
• Support health education initiatives and respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
• Monitor and manage inventory of medical and first aid supplies

• Current and unrestricted LPN license in the state
• Previous experience in a pediatric, school, or community health setting preferred
• Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Adaptable, patient, and able to work independently with diverse student populations
