American Traveler is hiring a Labor and Delivery RN for a night shift assignment requiring 2 years of experience and California RN licensure.

• Labor and Delivery unit within an acute care, Magnet-designated hospital
• Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 7:00
• Patient ratio of 1:2
• No weekend requirement
• No on-call requirement
• Floating required between like units and potentially sister facilities
• Uses Epic for charting
• Block scheduling accommodated at manager discretion

• Active CA RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
• Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Advanced, and LA City Fire Card
• Epic charting experience required
• Skilled in Labor and Delivery management and circulating for C-sections
• Two supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years required
• Pending license not accepted

• Provide comprehensive nursing care within the Labor and Delivery unit, including circulating for C-sections
• Scrubs may be any color; L&D and OR scrubs provided
• Free parking available on-site
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• All RTO requests must be submitted upfront at time of consideration; post-offer RTO changes may not be accommodated
• Facility may cancel shifts up to once per two-week pay period
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Previous Providence facility employees must wait at least 3 months before returning and must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Local candidates accepted at a lower bill rate
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius to qualify for travel rate
