American Traveler is hiring an Acute Care RN for a night shift Med/Surg position requiring a current CA RN license and ACLS/PALS certification.
Requirements
- Active California RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Responsibilities
- Acute care setting serving adult and pediatric Med-Surg patients
- Night shift schedule consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week
- 13-week assignment
- Delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborates with other healthcare disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care
- Incorporates patient age and cultural diversity considerations into care delivery
- Contributes to quality nursing care through performance improvement initiatives
- RTO not approved unless specifically noted in the offer
