As the Base Area Operator, you will perform critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience for guests. This role offers variety throughout the day while ensuring great service and smooth operations of the resort.

• Starting Wage: $20.00 /hr – $21.78 /hr.

• Minimum Age:
  At least 18 years of age.
• Housing Availability:
  Yes.

• Assist in all base area operations, including parking, scanning, ground maintenance, and snow removal in winter.
• Serve as a flexible labor force for various projects and events.
• Perform janitorial duties.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Follow procedures and guidelines to stay safe and keep the team safe.
• Comfortable working both inside and outside in seasonal environments.
• Ability to lift 50 lb (22.6 kg).
• Ability to stand and perform physical work consistently.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

A Base Area Operator team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments, supporting the resort’s one‑team mentality. Typical duties may involve:

The expected pay range is $20.00 /hr – $21.78 /hr.
