The Team

Growing team:
We're currently a two-doctor team looking to welcome a third veterinarian. We typically schedule one doctor per day, with the opportunity to expand to two.

Dedicated clinical support:
Our team includes a dental RVT, surgical RVT, and veterinary assistants. Trained RVTs perform dental procedures.

Hospital Manager, Tiffany:
Works closely with the team, builds strong client relationships, and is always open to ideas that make the hospital run better. She's collaborative, thoughtful, and great at turning ideas into action while keeping the workplace kind and fun.

Medical Director, Dr. King:
Brings a positive outlook to everything she does. She's kind, collaborative, and approachable, enjoys talking through cases and sharing ideas, and genuinely cares about her patients, clients, and team.

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for a kind, collaborative veterinarian who enjoys general practice, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery and wants to build lasting relationships with pets, their families, and the Fallbrook community. Interested in leadership? There's room to grow here! Dr. King is open to supporting a veterinarian interested in becoming a Medical Director. Depending on your experience and goals, we can explore a leadership opportunity from the start or develop a plan to help you grow into the role.

Qualifications

DVM or equivalent from an accredited veterinary school

Active California veterinary license or ability to obtain one

Communication and teamwork skills

Interest in community involvement and building lasting client relationships

Clinical experience with dentistry and soft tissue surgery
