We are looking for skilled RF Drive Test Engineers to join our team and support network testing and optimization projects for leading telecom operators. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality wireless performance and delivering exceptional user experiences across LTE and 5G networks.

As an RF Drive Test Engineer at SWIUS, you will be responsible for conducting drive tests to collect and analyze network performance data in real-world conditions. You will work with advanced RF tools such as X-CAL to measure, log, and troubleshoot network issues, collaborating closely with optimization teams to validate tuning and parameter changes. This position requires precision, punctuality, and a strong technical foundation to ensure accurate reporting and successful project execution.

• Perform RF drive testing to capture network KPIs and performance metrics
• Operate X-CAL or similar RF testing tools for measurement and analysis
• Identify and report coverage gaps, interference, and handover failures
• Collaborate with optimization teams to validate network improvements
• Ensure proper equipment setup and readiness before testing windows

• Hands‑on experience with RF drive testing tools (X-CAL or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of LTE/5G technologies and RF principles
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across designated sites
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet strict timelines

• Experience with other RF tools (e.g., TEMS, NEMO, or JDSU)
• Familiarity with network optimization processes
• Knowledge of telecom KPIs and performance benchmarking
• Prior experience working with Tier‑1 telecom operators
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
