DetailedDescription
- Shape product marketing campaigns that target prospective customers.
- Define positioning and messaging for Celestica Connectivity and Cloud Solutions (CCS) that guide customers across the full solution lifecycle from ideation to adoption.
- Own development and delivery of core sales enablement assets to support the Global Accounts organization.
- Work closely with the go-to-market leaders, strategists, and architects to understand the adoption journey
- Celestica customers are going through, and translate these insights into a compelling storytelling.
- Craft differentiated messaging and content strategy (e.g. TLA, intro decks, presentations, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, etc.) in partnership with shared marketing resources.
- Establish the right metrics and KPIs that measures marketing effectiveness, optimize programs for maximum impact, and help continuously iterate on existing assets.
- Convert prospects into paying customers through consistent communications.
Responsibilities:
- Outline product marketing deployment timelines, in coordination with major events and new product launches
- Educate Sales and cross-functional teams on current solution messaging
- Manage team’s product marketing campaigns
- Craft Celestica’s product storytelling vision and voice
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for enterprise software or hardware product launches
- 6+ years of product marketing experience developing compelling, differentiated messaging, content, and positioning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of data center market trends and product life cycles
- Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns
- Eight plus years of applicable experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Marketing or Business preferred) or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA recommended
- Educational Requirements may vary by geography
The salary range described in this posting is an estimate by the Company, and may change based on several factors, including by not limited to a change in the duties covered by the job posting, or the credentials, experience or geographic jurisdiction of the successful candidate. Annual Range: $100,000 - $140,000.
