Quality Manager – Michels Corporation

We are seeking a Quality Manager to support operations in implementing and maintaining QA/QC programs. The role involves conducting jobsite and facility inspections, assessments, and evaluations to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Anticipated salary range: $127,000 – $175,000 annually, based on current market data. Pay will be adjusted by individual skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.

• Lead jobsite and facility inspections, assessments, and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate with multiple groups across the organization.
• Document findings and recommend corrective actions.

• Five or more years of QA/QC experience within the pipeline industry.
• Certifications in AWS, CWI, ASNT, and/or NACE CP or CIP.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel across the United States.
