• Working warm seller leads in Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Scripps Ranch, and Ramona
• Hosting open houses, touring properties, and guiding clients through the full process
• Following up with leads by call, text, and video
• Using proven scripts and tools that top agents use every day
• Building long-term relationships with buyers and sellers in your farm area

• Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients
• Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information
• Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent
• Maintain relationships with home buyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again
• Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports

• Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• At least one year of real estate sales experience
• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car
