We are looking for a licensed and motivated real estate professional who wants to learn to build a long-term career in commercial real estate while earning rewarding commissions. This Inside Sales Agent opportunity is designed as a clear pathway toward becoming a producing commercial broker and provides the structure, coaching, and systems needed to grow the right way.

In this opportunity, you will learn how to generate and qualify opportunities, build relationships with property owners and investors, and support an active commercial deal pipeline. You will gain hands-on exposure to investment sales, market research, and client communication while developing the skills required to transition confidently into full brokerage production.

First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+

• Certification through a structured commercial training university
• Five-month development track with structured ninety-day milestones

• Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
• Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
• Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process

• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license

Compensation: $160,000 at plan commissions
