Location: Mettler
Hard Rock - [Beverage Server / Barback] As a Bartender at Hard Rock, you'll:
Make drinks to spec recipe;
Demonstrate responsible alcohol service;
Properly check I.D.s for guests who appear to be under 30 years old;
Stock liquor, beer, wine and glassware throughout the shift;
Maintain proper product pars through bar pulls & inventories;
Properly label, date, cover and refrigerate prepped items for the bar.
